On a single level, the main villa comprises three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, all offering beautiful sea views. Fully furnished, the property exudes comfort and refinement. The air-conditioned main living area, including a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, opens directly onto an outdoor terrace.
This room features a covered dining area and a pleasant relaxation space to fully enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Outside, you can unwind in a heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Rates are weekly, in US dollars ($). The local tourist tax (5%) and service charge (10%) are not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required; shorter stays are available upon request.

*All reservations including Christmas Day and New Year's Day will be considered as being in the holiday season with a minimum stay of 14 nights.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 6 months before the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).
- Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total booking amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount
