Vente
Type of mandate: EXCLUSIVE
SALES TRANSACTION:
In an exclusive mandate: a maximum of 6% of the sale price, payable by the seller or as otherwise stipulated in the mandate.
In the event of inter-office work, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the sales and/or search mandate granted by the client.
Long lease
Type of mandate: SIMPLE
EMPHYTEOTIC LEASE OR BUILDING LEASE:
A maximum of 6% of the period excluding charges to be borne by the seller or any other stipulation in the mandate.
Commercial lease (precarious lease, derogatory lease)
COMMERCIAL LEASES: TEMPORARY LEASE AND EXCEPTIONAL LEASE:
For all types of mandates: a maximum of 10% of the period excluding charges to be borne by the tenant.
In the event of inter-firm work, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate granted by the principal.
Residential or mixed lease
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PREMISES FOR RENT
Negotiation and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the Landlord and are not charged.
Fees for viewings, tenant file preparation, lease drafting and inventory;
Fees for viewing, negotiation and preparation of the rental file;
Fees for drafting and signing the residential lease agreement;
Drafting and signing fees;
Inventory fees:
100.00% of one month's rent excluding charges
AT THE EXPENSE OF THE LESSEE/TENANT
Fees for viewing, negotiation, and preparation of the rental application: 100% of one month's rent excluding charges
Property Management Fees: Up to 10% of the monthly rent

For example, for the rental management of a property rented seasonally:
Fees payable by the tenant: a maximum of 15% of the total rental price
Fees payable by the client: a maximum of 22.5% of the total rental price
COMMERCIAL LEASES AND BUSINESSES
Type of mandate: All types of mandates
For example for the sale of commercial leases, goodwill:
Between 100,000 euros and 1,000,000 euros: 10%
Above 1,000,000 euros to 3,000,000 euros: 7%
From 3,000,000 euros and more: 5%
