Type of mandate: SIMPLE

For example for sale :

In simple mandate: maximum of 6% of the sale price, buyer's charge or seller's charge

In case of inter-cabinet, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate of sale and/or search granted by the principal.

Vente

Type of mandate: EXCLUSIVE

For example for sale :

In exclusive mandate: maximum of 6% of the sale price, buyer's charge or seller's charge

In case of inter-cabinet, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate of sale and/or search granted by the principal.

Long lease

Type of mandate: SIMPLE

For signing a long lease: maximum 6% of the total price of the lease.

Residential or mixed lease

Fees for residential or mixed leases governed by law n°89-462 of 06/07/1989

Fees payable by the lessor: Mediation and negotiation costs - NONE

Fees payable by the Lessor and/or the Tenant: visit, inventory of fixtures:

One month's rent

Type of mandate: TRAD_tous_types_mandat

For example for rental :
Fees charged to the tenant: a maximum of 15% of the total rental price
Fees payable by the principal: maximum of 22.5% of the total rental price

Sale of commercial leases, goodwill

Type of mandate: TRAD_tous_types_mandat

For example for the sale of commercial leases, goodwill:

Between 100,000 euros and 1,000,000 euros: 10%

Above 1,000,000 euros to 3,000,000 euros: 7%

From 3,000,000 euros and more: 5%
