General terms & conditions 

• All terms are available here: The tenant agrees to pay a deposit equal to 25% of the rental amount at the time of booking.
• The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and the deposit payment.
•   The balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date (special conditions apply for the Christmas and New Year period).
• For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the tenant must pay the full rental cost at the time of booking.

Cancellation 

• Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).
• Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

• Security deposit: 1500 US$ (returned on your credit card 48h after departure)
